The Laurie M. Tisch Center for Food, Education & Policy, at Teachers College, Columbia University (Tisch Food Center) conducts research on food and nutrition education practice and policy. We translate our research into resources for educators, policy makers, and advocates to give people power to demand healthy, just, and sustainable food. The Center focuses on schools as critical levers for learning and social change.

Job Summary/Basic Function:

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with event set-up and breakdown
● Manage event registration and check-in
● Guide participants to workshops and answer questions
● Provide general support to ensure the event runs smoothly
● Other event-related tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
● Must attend a 1-hour pre-event meeting approximately one week before the event
(scheduled based on team availability)
● Must be punctual, professional, and comfortable interacting with event attendees
