The Technology, Media & Learning (TML) program is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to provide comprehensive operational oversight and support the program’s continued growth and visibility. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with Program Directors, faculty, students, and key administrative offices across the College. Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Program Manager for the Technology, Media and Learning (TML) program, is a pivotal, administrative and strategic role responsible for the comprehensive operational oversight, strategic development, and external representation of the program. This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills. The Program Manager will provide strategic coordination and input, manage key administrative functions, and collaborate directly with Program Directors, faculty, students, and various college offices to ensure the program's growth, visibility, and success in a dynamic higher education landscape.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google suite (including Excel/Google Sheets), various social media platforms, marketing tools (i.e., Canva), and website- building tools
- Ability and willingness to learn new software as needed
- Familiarity with various forms of technology and a desire to learn, implement, and make improvements in new and existing systems
- Comprehensive office management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, work independently, synthesize information, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Experience collaborating with leadership to transform visions into reality using technology and creative software
- Experience in program management, administration, marketing, and developing creative assets
- Demonstrated oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in communicating about the department’s and programs’ needs and objectives
- Ability to work collaboratively across a large team in a collegial, energetic, and exciting work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in higher education administration, particularly in collaborating with faculty, students, and administrative staff, with a strong dedication to working in an international, inclusive, and diverse academic department
- A strong interest in education, ideally as it intersects with media and technology
Salary Range:
$62,400 - $71,000

The salary range reflects the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting. Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Hybrid/Remote:

Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite or in a hybrid model (a combination of in-office and virtual days). Employees are expected to live within a 150-mile radius of the College.
