Posting Summary:
Full responsibility for all aspects of teaching a group of elementary-aged children for the duration of the camp program, July 1 through 31, 2025
Job Summary/Basic Function:
- Planning and pacing, and implementation of the curriculum
- Collaboration with co-head and/or assistant/associate teachers
- Mentoring of assistant/associate teachers who are current TC graduate students
- Setting up and breaking down of age-appropriate classroom
- Documentation of curriculum and feedback on the science curriculum
- Parent-teacher communication
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year of experience teaching elementary-aged children as a lead teacher in their own classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
- Earned a Master's of Arts or in the process of earning a Master's of Arts degree
Salary Range:
$4,600.00-$5,800.00
